the food met our expectations and the place looked lovely.

Staff incompetence was apparent. We had to carry our own bags despite the hotel size. restaurant waiters often mixed up orders and this is concerning if you have allergy. excursion prices are three times more expensive than other places on the island.

The fitness center was complete, which I appreciated.

The food quality disappointed me. I found the variety lacking for a supposed five-star resort and international buffet. Service felt practically nonexistent as drinks often arrived warm and at the end of meals. I had to repeatedly ask for attention from the staff.

the breakfast was good it was diverse and also catered to those with allergies the fitness room was well equipped i saw many treadmills and other machines the hotel also had multiple pools.

the hot water was not working properly for multiple nights the cleaning of the pool was not done after i requested twice there were flies and bees around the pool bar i think the cleaning should be better. the barman was rude when i asked him to use gloves there was poor selection on buffet

The breakfast included fresh food (the mango was delicious!). I used the gym. It had three treadmills. The hotel includes multiple restaurants offering different cuisines.

The beach had some seaweed during low tide.
